After an Admin creates an account, the user must complete registration before they can log in and fully use the service. The user will receive an email containing a link to the Complete Registration form, where they'll set a password for login.
Note that until users complete their registration, their accounts will be marked as "Registration not Completed" in the Status column of the Admin Panel.
If a user doesn't receive this email, an Admin can resend it. To do so, the Admin should locate the user's account in the Admin Panel and click the "User Activation" button in the Status column. From there, the Admin can either send the registration completion link directly to the user's email or copy the link to send via another method.
A user's email can be changed in two ways: by the user in their profile or by an Admin in the Admin Panel.
In both cases, the user's status will be marked as "Email not Confirmed" in the Admin Panel until they complete the email confirmation process. This process involves following a link sent to their new email address.
If a user doesn't receive the confirmation email, an Admin can resend it. To do this, the Admin should find the user's account in the Admin Panel and click the "User Activation" button in the Status column. The Admin can then either send the confirmation link directly to the user's email or copy the link to send through another method.
Once the user has followed the link and confirmed their new email address, they can log in with it and fully access the service.
If a user can not log into their account, an Admin can reset a user’s password via the Admin Panel. To do this, the Admin should find the user's account in the Admin Panel and click the "Reset Password" button in the last column. The Admin can then either send the confirmation link directly to the user's email or copy the link to send through another method.
Once the user has followed the link and set their new password, they can log in with it and fully access the service.
