Adding Mode in Setup

• To make adding flow in AI Setup mode more user-friendly, we made it similar to the one in Takeoff Mode

• When User is adding a Takeoff Zone/Template in Setup, the Add Mode indicator appears showing the current type of template

  

• If there are no Takeoff Zones and Templates in the document, the Left Panel shows a placeholder saying ‘No templates have been created yet’

• Symbol and Label Template options in the ‘+Add’ button’s dropdown are inactive if there are no Takeoff Zones in the document

Exclusion Areas in Room Re-Processing

• Previously, Exclusion Areas didn’t come after Room Re-processing (redrawing rooms by wall feature) unlike after processing

  

• For now, both ways provide the same data on rooms

Use of PDF Bookmarks in Navigation Panel

• Navigation Panel has 4 tabs: Pages, Thumbnails, Outlines and Bookmarks:

  

  • Pages shows the result of page label detection

  • Thumbnails shows PDF-generated thumbnails of pages

  • Outlines contains PDF outlines which may present or not

  • Bookmarks used same items Pages was using but with ability to pin sheets to the top:

    

• With this update, Bookmarks become using PDF Bookmarks which may present or not:

  

• Bookmarks will be loading instantly like Outlines and unlike Pages which is a result of detection

• Items in Bookmarks are not editable anymore

• Pin functional migrates to the default Pages tab:

  

+ Add Menu for Custom and Text Labels

• Ability to add Custom Labels and Text Labels was added to +Add button menu

• Adding labels this way creates Custom/Text Label and/or Custom/Text Groups to which Custom/Text Label objects belong:
